Summary

Sales Administrator (Part-Time)

Location: Aldridge

Hours: 2 days per week (Tuesday & Friday preferred, but flexible)

Working Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Pay: £12.71 per hour

We are looking for a confident and organised

Sales Administrator to join our friendly team in Aldridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sales and customer service who enjoys speaking with customers and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Making outbound calls to warm leads and prospective customers.

Preparing and sending customer quotations.

Following up quotations via phone and email.

Managing follow-up communications to help convert enquiries into sales.

Providing excellent customer service and building positive customer relationships.

Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems.

Supporting the wider sales team with administrative tasks.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a sales administration, sales support, or customer service role.

Excellent communication and telephone skills.

Confidence in making outbound calls.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
