Summary

HOSPITALITY ASSISTANT

Houston & Hawkes | London | £15.23 per hour | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday

Houston & Hawkes is looking for an experienced Hospitality Assistant to join a high-performing front-of-house team. This is a polished, guest-facing role supporting meeting rooms, corporate hospitality, fine dining service and events, with a real focus on detail, presentation and seamless service.

THE ROLE

Prepare meeting rooms, dining spaces and hospitality areas to an exceptional standard

Deliver polished food and beverage service for meetings, fine dining lunches and corporate events

Provide attentive, professional service to clients and guests throughout the day

Refresh, clear and reset rooms efficiently between bookings

Support event set-up, service and breakdown

Maintain immaculate service areas, crockery, glassware and equipment

Work closely with the kitchen and wider hospitality team to ensure every service runs seamlessly

Maintain excellent food safety, allergen, hygiene and health and safety standards

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Previous experience in high-quality hospitality or front of house

Experience within premium contract catering, corporate hospitality, fine dining or a five-star hotel would be highly desirable

Excellent service standards and strong attention to detail

A polished, confident and professional approach

Strong communication and customer service skills

The ability to remain organised and composed in a busy environment

A positive attitude and genuine pride in delivering exceptional hospitality
