Summary

Title: Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator

Hours: Full Time (Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm)

Location: Inverness

Salary: £30,000 approx

We are currently seeking a confident, organised and approachable Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our client’s busy estate agency team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced and supportive team while helping clients throughout the buying and selling process.

The Role:

You will take on a varied, client-facing role that includes:

• Communicating with buyers and sellers throughout the property process.

• Carrying out property marketing appraisals.

• Conducting accompanied property viewings, with a pool car provided.

• Drafting property brochures and marketing materials.

• Managing property listings and keeping information up to date.

• Negotiating offers and supporting clients through the sales process.

• Working closely with the conveyancing team.

The successful candidate will:

• Be confident, professional and comfortable communicating with clients.

• Have excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Be able to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks effectively.

• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Work well independently and as part of a team.

• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.

• Hold a valid UK driving licence.

Previous experience within estate agency, property sales, administration or another customer-facing role is preferred.
