Support Worker
Pay rate: £14.00 - £14.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: 08.00am- 20.00pm; 20.00pm- 08.00am
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker o join our dedicated team, providing 2:1 support to a bright and joyful young woman who lives In thier own home in Totton.
She has Complex Mental Health and Autism although she requires round‑the‑clock care, This individual is a horror movie fan, thrill seeking rollercoaster rider who loves to shop, bake and sing.
This is a rewarding role supporting a lady who brings a lot of happiness, warmth, and personality to those around her.
Experience and Skills of a Support Worker:
- Experience with Autism or complex Mental Health needs is helpful but not essential.
- You should be kind, patient, caring, reliable, consistent and confident in your role
- Happy to engage in sensory, creative, and play‑based activities.
- Able to work as part of a small, stable team.
