People and Development Advisor
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a proactive and people-focused People and Development (HR) Advisor to join our team at Kidderminster College, part of NCG - one of the largest college groups in the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role locally while also contributing to a national People & Development team. You'll support the delivery of high-quality HR services, working closely with managers and colleagues to drive a positive culture, enhance engagement, and make a real difference to the employee experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing expert HR advice and support to managers and staff across the college,
Supporting employee relations casework, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes,
Using data reporting and analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making,
Contributing to the development of a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace culture,
Driving colleague engagement initiatives that bring energy, creativity and enjoyment to work,
Collaborating with colleagues across the wider NCG People & Development team,
Supporting group-wide HR projects and initiatives across other colleges within NCG.
We're seeking someone who is:
Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to take initiative,
Skilled in data analysis and reporting, using insights to influence outcomes,
Passionate about people, culture and colleague engagement,
Positive, enthusiastic and keen to bring fun and creativity into the workplace,
A strong communicator who can build effective relationships at all levels,
Able to work independently while also collaborating with a remote, supportive team.
