Its operations focus on reliable, time-critical transport, with professional drivers helping to maintain load security, temperature control and compliance throughout delivery journeys.The roleWe are looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to support daytime delivery operations in and around Tewkesbury. This is a temporary opportunity suited to a reliable driver with fridge work experience and a professional approach to customer service and road safety.Key responsibilities• Driving an HGV Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly• Completing deliveries and collections according to scheduled routes• Transporting temperature-controlled goods in line with operating procedures• Carrying out vehicle checks before and after each shift• Ensuring goods are secure and handled carefully during loading and unloading• Completing delivery paperwork and maintaining accurate records• Communicating professionally with transport teams, sites and customers• Following all relevant legal, safety and compliance requirementsSkills and qualifications• Valid HGV Class 2 licence• Driver CPC qualification and digital tachograph card• Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience• Experience of fridge or temperature-controlled work• Good knowledge of road safety and drivers’ hours regulations• Reliable, punctual and presentable• Able to work independently and follow delivery instructions• Good communication and customer service skillsBenefits• £16 to £17 per hour• Day shifts• Paid every Wednesday• Opportunity to be visible to local employersApply today.
