Its operations focus on dependable transport, temperature control, load integrity, vehicle hygiene and professional driver standards.Key responsibilities• Driving an HGV Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly• Handling and transporting containers in line with operational requirements• Completing vehicle checks before and after each shift• Ensuring loads are secure and protected during transit• Following delivery instructions, site procedures and relevant road safety requirements• Completing delivery paperwork and reporting any issues promptly• Maintaining a professional and courteous approach at collection and delivery locationsSkills and qualifications• Valid HGV Class 2 driving entitlement• Experience handling containers• Previous professional driving experience• Good awareness of vehicle safety and load security• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently• Clear communication and a professional manner• A flexible approach to temporary work and changing delivery requirementsBenefits• Pay between £16.50 and £17.80 per hour• Paid every Wednesday• Opportunity visible to local employersThis temporary HGV Class 2 Driver position offers regular daytime work in the Tewkesbury area.
