We are seeking to recruit a cleaning assistant into our short break service. 210 Grindon Lane provides support to adults who have a learning disability and / or complex physical health. We are looking to recruit staff who can encourage a workplace culture based on respect and dignity.

We are looking for a cleaning assistant who is motivated to provide high standards. You will be supported on your journey via induction, probation, supervision, and appraisal to ensure customers receive support which is designed to meet their own personal need.

The job is extremely rewarding and in return we offer:

30 hours per week, Monday - Friday

A starting salary of £25,949 - £26,847 (Pro rata if working less than 37 hours)

We pay for your DBS check

Designated rota patterns including days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Comprehensive induction and ongoing training

Regular one-to-one supervision and annual appraisal

26 days annual leave entitlement rising to 31 days with 5 years continuous service, excluding bank holidays
