Summary

LPC Components Ltd is looking for a Production Operative to join our manufacturing team in Coundon, Bishop Auckland.

The role involves manufacturing and assembling industrial heating elements and associated products in accordance with production schedules, drawings, specifications and company procedures.

You will work from drawings, job cards and manufacturing instructions, operate production machinery and hand tools following training, and carry out basic inspection and quality checks to ensure finished products meet the required specification and quality standards. Any defects, non-conforming products or production issues will need to be reported.

The role also involves handling materials and components, completing relevant production paperwork, carrying out basic equipment checks and helping to maintain a clean, organised and safe working area.

You will be expected to work flexibly across different production areas and assist with other production duties as required.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 36 hours per week. Full on-the-job training will be provided.
