Summary

We are offering an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the haemodialysis service as a Band 3 Health care assistant. We are looking for experienced health-care assistants with a minimum of one-year working within a clinical environment (preferably a hospital setting).

Bart's Health is home to one of the UK's largest renal & haemodialysis unit, offering nurses the unique opportunity to work across a wide variety of clinical specialties and to advance their professional development. Our world class services include Medical, Surgical, Critical Care, Transplantation, Community Dialysis, Acute Dialysis, Research, Palliative Care, Renal Assessment, Living Donation, Acute Kidney Injury and Chronic Kidney Disease, based at our brand new hospital building, The Royal London, Whitechapel.

The Senior Healthcare Support Worker will be an integral part of the ward/department team actively taking part in meeting the needs of patients and of the service in accordance with agreed standards under direct supervision of the registered nurses, nurse associates and midwives. The post holder will develop essential competencies though training and practice to ensure safety and quality are the priority.
