Summary

Responsible for providing professional property consultancy and estate agency services to clients in relation to residential and commercial property purchases, sales and rentals. Use the portfolio of existing clients to identify opportunities and provide guidance on suitable property investments. Advise clients on property purchases, sales and rental opportunities, taking into account their financial objectives, requirements and preferences.

Conduct research into property market conditions, local trends and investment opportunities and use this information to assist clients with property decisions. Carry out property assessments and provide appropriate property valuations based on relevant market information.

Represent clients during property negotiations with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and other relevant parties. Assist with progressing property transactions and liaise with relevant professionals and stakeholders to ensure transactions are handled efficiently.

Oversee property-related matters including property maintenance and tenant relations, ensuring that relevant regulatory and compliance requirements are considered. Assist clients with property-related legal documentation and explain contractual terms, financial considerations and other relevant aspects of property transactions.

Provide guidance to clients regarding contracts, terms and conditions, mortgage options and the potential long-term implications of property agreements. Maintain accurate records relating to clients and property transactions and ensure that relevant information is communicated clearly.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, property professionals, contractors, tenants, landlords and other stakeholders. Provide ongoing advice and support throughout the property transaction and ensure a high standard of client service.
