Summary

Environmental Enforcement Team Leader - Northampton (£14.20ph)

Kingdom Local Authority Support is seeking an experienced Environmental Enforcement Team Leader to oversee enforcement operations across Northampton. This hands-on role combines frontline enforcement duties, including patrols and issuing Fixed Penalty Notices, with leading, motivating, and supporting a team of Environmental Enforcement Officers. Working 37.5 hours per week across 5 days out of 7 between 07:00 and 19:00, the successful candidate will hold a valid SIA licence, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
