Summary

HMP Humber provides a varied and challenging environment in which no two days are the same. The Clinical Team Manager is a key member of the healthcare senior leadership team and has a significant role in the day-to-day delivery and continued development of Primary Care services. The successful candidate will provide visible leadership to the team, supporting staff across the establishment and working closely with the Head of Healthcare, Senior/Lead Nurses and our wider healthcare and prison partners. This is an opportunity for an experienced clinician and leader who enjoys developing people, improving services and working collaboratively to make a genuine difference to patient care within a secure environment.
