Summary

Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a new opportunity to advance your career within the automotive industry? Our client, a well-established car dealership group based in Wimbledon, South London, is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their professional and supportive team. Duties of the Service Advisor:

- Providing exceptional customer service and establishing effective communication with clients

- Advising customers on vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service plans

- Managing customer appointments and liaising with the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow

- Generating quotations and upselling appropriate services and parts where applicable

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service history

- Striving to meet or exceed customer expectations, ensuring high satisfaction levels

Requirements of the Service Advisor:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive, confidential information

- Demonstrable enthusiasm, drive, and commitment to delivering excellent service

- Familiarity with dealership management systems and service processes

- Residing within approximately half an hour's commute of Wimbledon
