Summary

Alliance Pioneer Groupis seeking professional, motivated and reliable Events Paramedics to provide high-quality medical care across a wide range of sporting and public events. As an Events Paramedic, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective pre-hospital care to patients attending events, responding to medical incidents and working closely with event organisers, colleagues and emergency services where required. Key Responsibilities Provide assessment, treatment and management of patients in accordance with clinical guidelines and scope of practice. Respond promptly and professionally to medical incidents and emergencies. Provide appropriate emergency and non-emergency patient care and arrange escalation or transfer when required. Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation. Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary event medical team. Liaise professionally with event organisers, security teams, venue staff and emergency services. Maintain and check medical equipment, supplies and treatment areas. Support the setup and close-down of event medical facilities. Promote a professional, calm and reassuring approach when dealing with patients, families and members of the public. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all relevant clinical, legal and organisational requirements. Work flexibly across a variety of environments, including sports stadiums, equestrian events, athletics and other large-scale public events.
