Summary
As a Frontline Paramedic, you will provide high-quality emergency and urgent care to patients in a range of pre-hospital settings. You will assess, treat, and manage patients using your clinical expertise, making informed decisions to ensure they receive the most appropriate care. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will respond to emergency and non-emergency incidents, operate emergency vehicles where required, and maintain accurate patient records. You will deliver compassionate, patient-centred care while adhering to HCPC standards, national clinical guidelines, and organisational policies. The role requires excellent communication, sound clinical judgement, and the ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations. You will also contribute to maintaining operational readiness by ensuring vehicles and equipment are safe, stocked, and fit for purpose, while participating in ongoing professional development and mandatory training.
