Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Cherry Willingham Primary Academy is looking for two 1:1 Teaching Assistants to join our friendly and successful team where our supportive and dedicated staff are committed to delivering the best educational opportunities and outcomes for all our students. The successful candidates will be;

• A highly motivated, dynamic and inspirational practitioner

• Creative and innovative, with excellent communication and inter-personal skills

• Committed to maximising pupil progress

• Adaptable and eager to meet the changing demands of the school and the needs of all pupils

• Committed to the inclusion of all children with special educational needs

Recent and relevant experience would be beneficial, but is not a pre-requisite
