We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant
Permanent Contract – 30 hours per week 8:15am – 3:15pm | Term Time Only + 5 TED Days Required September 2026
Scale Point 5–6: £26,427- £26,847 per annum pro rata (£18,512.55 to £18,806.76 actual salary)

We are looking for a highly motivated, positive and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work five days a week, who will become an integral
part of our team, supporting students and contributing to the wider life of
the school.
This position would suit:
• A Learning Support Assistant with previous experience
• Someone passionate about working with and inspiring young people
• A graduate considering a future career in education.

* Have GCSE passes in Maths and English C+ / 4 or equivalent
* Are committed to supporting students to achieve to their very best

* Understand some of the barriers to learning young people face
* Are committed to further CPD and progression
