Pastoral Manager (Isolation) - Fixed Term (One Year)
NJC Scale 5 (pts 12 - 17) starting at approximately £25,666 per annum
37 hours per week, term time only + 10 days (Including TEDs)
Start date: October/November 2026
We are seeking a Temporary Pastoral Manager – Isolation to lead the day‑to‑day operation of our school’s isolation provision. This is a key role for someone who can create a calm, structured and purposeful environment where students complete meaningful work, follow clear routines and are supported to reintegrate successfully.
