WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:To find a more detailed list of your day-to-day responsibilities, please refer to the key roles and accountabilities section on our Job Description. In summary, as someone who has commitment in supporting learners with SEND and promoting inclusion, you will support in many aspects. To name a few:You will assist students in the classroom with understanding the activities set by the tutor. As well as supporting with spelling, punctuation, and mathematics.Deliver high-quality, person-centred learning support through 1:1 and group interventions.Support curriculum delivery and learner achievement across Functional Skills, GCSE, vocational, and wider learning programmes.Promote inclusive practice and remove barriers to learning for students with SEND and EHCPs.Deliver tailored support and reasonable adjustments to meet individual learner needs.Plan, deliver, monitor, and evaluate learner support interventions and progress against targets.Collaborate with teaching staff, support teams, and external agencies to achieve positive learner outcomes.
