We would therefore advise interested candidates to apply promptly.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:To become a Student Experience Coach in our Student Experience and Engagement department, we need someone who is experienced, patient and resilient.The successful candidate will have the chance to acquire new skills and develop their abilities in a wide range of activities.We have a variety of students from the surrounding area; we are a welcoming and inclusive community that champions diversity and equality across our college.Our departments collaborate to establish and uphold the inclusive HoW culture, we keep this in mind as we manage interactions with the public, fellow employees, and nearby schools.Although this position is based at our Bromsgrove campus, all applicants must be prepared to travel to our other campuses or surrounding areas as required.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:To find a more detailed list of your day-to-day responsibilities, please refer to the key roles and accountabilities section on our Job Description. You will support in many aspects, to name a few:Plan, coordinate and evaluate a diverse programme of enrichment, personal development and student engagement activities that support the College's strategic priorities.Lead on the organisation and delivery of key student events, including Freshers' Fair, Student Conference, charity events and health and wellbeing campaigns.Develop and coordinate student leadership and learner voice initiatives, including Student Ambassadors, Student Governors, focus groups and social action projects.Promote student participation, inclusion, active citizenship and community engagement through volunteering, enrichment and social action opportunities.Monitor, analyse and report on learner participation, engagement and impact, identifying opportunities to improve outcomes and increase involvement across all student groups.Support the implementation of the College's Personal Development, Inclusion, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Careers, Safeguarding and Prevent strategies.Build and maintain effective relationships with external organisations, community partners and guest speakers to enhance student experiences.Manage allocated budgets effectively and ensure resources are used efficiently.Support College-wide events, open days and student elections as required.Champion equality, diversity, inclusion, wellbeing and safeguarding in all aspects of student engagement and enrichment activity.
