We are seeking a Mobile MEP & Fabric Asset Surveyor to join our team, supporting a key Government contract. This is an autonomous field-based role responsible for travelling across multiple sites to identify, inspect and accurately record building services and fabric assets across a diverse property portfolio.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-focused professional with experience in MEP and fabric asset surveying who can deliver accurate, structured and verifiable asset data. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting asset management objectives by ensuring asset information is captured, validated and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out detailed MEP and fabric asset surveys using approved mobile data capture tools and templates.

- Accurately capture asset information, attributes, metadata and classifications.

- Apply appropriate Uniclass 2015 classifications to all surveyed assets.

- Validate asset information against the approved asset tagging strategy.

- Verify asset presence, specification, accessibility, operational status and completeness.

- Identify missing, duplicated, obsolete or incorrectly coded assets and support data improvement activities.

- Capture and verify condition, age and performance data to support lifecycle planning and modelling.

- Maintain full traceability of asset data through photographic evidence, tagging and location referencing, including undertaking intrusive inspections where required.
