Summary

“Provide nutrition assessments, care planning, and follow-up support for clients with a range of nutrition-related needs. Gather dietary, medical, and lifestyle information, deliver health education sessions and workshops, prepare written resources and client documents, support outcome monitoring and service improvement, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including booking appointments, updating records, managing client communications, preparing reports, and filing documents under appropriate supervision.
