Summary

Come and join our brilliant lunchtime team!We are looking to appoint a friendly, calm, caring and enthusiastic person to join our dedicated lunchtime team. The successful candidate will also be able to support children to have a positive lunchtime experience through active supervision including activities which encourage participation, collaboration and positive social interaction. You will also be sensitive to, and respond appropriately to, the needs of all children with some 1:1 support during lunchtimes as necessary.What we offer:• The opportunity to work in a wonderful school where the children are eager to learn

Hours and starting dates can be negotiated, though an immediate start will be possible for the right candidate. Kindness and patience along with good behaviour management and the ability to adapt meet the pupils’ individual needs will be essential. You will work closely with the Senior Midday Supervisor and the midday team as well as the Senior Leadership Team, so the ability to build positive relationships with all stakeholders is essential for this role. Your role:• To work as part of an established team

• To provide some 1:1 support for key pupils when necessary

• To supervise and support children at lunchtimes

• Be a good role model for positive behaviour

• Be able to build excellent relationships with children

• Be able to motivate and encourage children appropriatelyStart date - as soon as possible
