The Role – Care Home Deputy Manager
As the Residential Care Home Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of a successful residential care home for elderly residents.
You will play a key role in ensuring the home continues to deliver safe, effective and high-quality care while supporting the care team and maintaining excellent standards.

As Deputy Manager, your responsibilities will include:
