Summary

The Insight and Engagement Co-ordinator at Nacro is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term role supporting the Community Accommodation with Support (CAS-2) programme across South England, including London, Kent and Sussex.

The role combines data management, analysis, stakeholder engagement and event coordination. Key responsibilities include:

Collecting, maintaining and analysing internal data to identify trends, gaps and areas for improvement.

Working with frontline teams and managers to ensure accurate and timely information.

Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders such as HMPPS, courts and local authorities.

Supporting national stakeholder engagement plans and responding to stakeholder queries.

Producing accurate reports, evidence and recommendations based on data and feedback.

Organising stakeholder engagement events, briefings and meetings, including preparing relevant materials.

Managing your own diary and travel efficiently across the allocated geographical area.

Working collaboratively within a remote and agile team and adapting to changing service requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organisation, data analysis and stakeholder engagement skills, be confident using Microsoft Office, and have excellent attention to detail.

The role requires regular travel, so a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle with business insurance are essential. Applicants must live in the specified South England regions. Enhanced DBS and Prison Clearance are required, and the role does not provide visa sponsorship.

Salary: £28,851, with potential progression to £29,572 within the first year, subject to performance criteria.
