Summary
Main Duties Undertake long-term condition reviews including: Diabetes Asthma COPD Hypertension Cardiovascular disease Perform diabetic foot checks. Carry out cervical screening (smears) or willing to learn Administer routine and seasonal vaccinations and immunisations. Undertake venepuncture (blood collection). Deliver health promotion and lifestyle advice. Provide wound care and other general nursing services. Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. About You You will be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and experience in primary care or chronic disease management. You will be competent in immunisations, cervical cytology, venepuncture, and managing long-term conditions.
