Summary

C&A Construction & Maintenance are a North East company specializing in the reactive maintenance and refurbishment of properties, both domestic & commercial. We operate throughout the North of England, from South Yorkshire to the Scottish Borders, and offer a 24 hour call-out service with our head office based in Crook.

The successful applicant will be performing works in residential and commercial settings and will be experienced, customer focused and have an eye for detail.

Working hours generally include Monday-Friday 0800-1630, there will be an opportunity for overtime on occasions and all employees are required to join the call-out rota for out of hours emergency jobs every few weeks for which overtime rates and call out payment applies; must also be prepared to work outside of normal hours when required. Due to most of our works being carried out in commercial properties, for the plumbing trade hours can sometimes vary for 0600am-1430pm Mon-Fri.

-Desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Work includes:

-Maintenance of water and waste pipes

-Drainage repairs

-First fix

-Second Fix

-Fault finding/problem solving

-Waste pipe repairs in live environments

-Commercial and domestic work
