Summary

We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Warranty Administrator to join a reputable dealership in Bournemouth, Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to develop their career within a well-established organisation.

Duties of the Warranty Administrator:

- Process warranty claims efficiently and accurately

- Liaise with manufacturer and dealership teams to ensure smooth warranty procedures

- Manage warranty schedules and documentation

- Support the service department to optimise workflow and customer satisfaction

- Maintain compliance with warranty policies and procedures

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout all warranty processes

Requirements of the Warranty Administrator:

- Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator, ideally within a main dealer franchise

- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Good understanding of warranty processes and industry standards

- Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset

- Industry knowledge and experience with premium brands is desirable
