Summary

Our client, a reputable main dealer in Christchurch, Dorset, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their well-established team. Service Advisor Role Benefits:

- Basic salary up to £27,500, with achievable bonus and upsell commission

- On-Target Earnings (OTE) approximately £31,500

Duties as a Service Advisor:

- Welcome customers professionally, ensuring a positive experience

- Advise customers on vehicle service and repair requirements

- Upsell additional services and products where appropriate

- Plan and schedule service appointments efficiently

- Liaise with technicians and parts teams to ensure smooth workflow

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and work conducted

- Promote dealership services and products to maximise sales and customer satisfaction

Service Advisor Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the motor trade

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong organisational and time-management abilities

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets

- Full UK driving licence

- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and fostering customer loyalty
