Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as a Nurse, Midwife, Allied Health Professional, or Paramedic.
• Degree in Nursing, Midwifery, Paramedic Science, or a BSc in a healthcare-related field.
• Current professional registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), or General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) as applicable.
• Proven experience of building and maintaining professional networks within the health sector to enhance educational programmes.
• A genuine passion for teaching and motivating learners to achieve their potential.
• Experience supporting young people in developing skills and confidence.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Excellent organisational abilities and clear, confident communication skills.
