What skills and experience we're looking for
Whatwe'relookingfor:
• Experience configuring,supportingand troubleshootingWindows 11 desktops and laptops, with strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Confident usingMicrosoft 365 applicationswith excellent general IT skills
• Level 3 IT qualificationor equivalent, alongside GCSEs (or equivalent) includingEnglish and Maths at Grade 4/C or above
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus onfirst-class customer service
• A positive team player who can work independently, useinitiativeand build effective working relationships
• Highly organised andaccurate, with the ability toprioritise workloads, manage competing demands and meet deadlines
