As a Labourer – Rotary our Integrated Merlin Operational Support (IMOS) team, you’ll help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment at RNAS Culdrose. Your work will support critical operational activities by ensuring facilities and work areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Working as part of a supportive team, you'll play an important role in creating an environment where engineering and operational colleagues can perform their duties safely and effectively. Our work touches lives through the support we provide to key defence operations, and your contribution will help deliver a positive impact every day.

What you’ll do as a Labourer – Rotary

- Perform all tasks in accordance with Line Manager and Supervisor instructions.

- Carry out tasks as directed in the cleaning of aircraft and aircraft components.

- Maintain general work areas and site facilities to a high standard of cleanliness and housekeeping.

- Comply with Royal Navy Support requirements, the Serco Management System, and all relevant engineering regulations.

- Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

- Attend and successfully complete all training required for the role as directed by management.

Does this sound like you?

- Hold a valid UK driving licence.

- Able to achieve Security Check (SC) clearance to access the site.

- Flexible and willing to work shift patterns Monday to Friday.

- Committed to following health and safety procedures.

- Reliable, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
