Careers and Year 11 Administrative Support Assistant Pay Scale NJC 5-6Start Date: As soon as possible in the Autumn Term 2026Working Hours – 21 hours per week – Term Time Only to include 5 Teacher Education Days We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrative Support Assistant to join our Careers and Year 11 team. The role is varied and rewarding, working at the heart of student development, supporting young people as they prepare for their next steps in education, training, and employment.You will work closely with our Careers Coordinator and Year 11 team, providing essential administrative support across a range of programmes and events throughout the academic year.Previous experience of working with secondary school students is preferred but not necessary, as the right candidate for our students is paramount. Good levels of literacy and numeracy are essential, together with a commitment to equal opportunities, flexibility, discretion and a willingness to support our students.
