If so, Linden Primary School is the place for you.The governors wish to appoint a passionate practitioner to lead our Rainbow Hub Team. We are expanding our Internal Alternative Provision and are seeking a HLTA who will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, organisation and delivery of specialist provision for pupils with Communication and Interaction needs who access this provision. Working under the direction of the SENDCo, the post holder will run group learning sessions, implement individual learning programmes and provision plans, coordinate pupils' access to mainstream learning, and ensure that all pupils receive high-quality, personalised support which enables them to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.The Lead HLTA will play a key role in monitoring pupil progress, maintaining communication with families, contributing to statutory review processes and ensuring that our provision provides a nurturing, inclusive and effective learning environment.We are a school that is developing our colleagues understanding of research-based practice. Therefore, you should be a professional who wishes to embrace research-based practice within the classroom, have great communication skills in order to work as a team, and be able to see areas for development in your own practice.
