Summary
Administrator (Windows/glazing Industry Experience Essential)
Location: Dudley Area
Pay Rate: £12.71 - £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced
Administrator to join their busy and friendly team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with previous administrative experience, ideally within the
windows, doors, glazing, or construction industry.
Duties Will Include:
- Processing customer orders and enquiries
- General administrative and office support duties
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Preparing quotations, invoices, and other documentation
- Managing emails and telephone calls professionally
- Updating and maintaining company systems and records
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating work where required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous administration experience
- Experience within the windows/glazing industry is highly desirable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
