Your duties as Installation Scheduler will include:

* Engaging with engineers and customers assisting with any scheduling issues arising

* Remotely assisting engineers with their diary management and workload

* Communicating clearly with engineers and customers offering solutions, recommendations and reassurance

* Monitoring and actioning any planning issues that may arise

* Building relationships with different teams within the company

You will have/be:

* Excellent customer service skills with first class communication skills both verbal and written

* Computer literacy

* Ability to work well under pressure

* Clear and effective communication skills

* Well organised

* Friendly with a confident personality

* Driven, hardworking and proactive

* Eager to learn and innovated

* Confident in your natural ability to establish strong relationships
