Are you an experienced Plasterer looking to join a growing property maintenance team where your work has a direct impact on customers and communities?We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance works across residential properties and communal areas. This role offers a varied workload, long-term stability, and the opportunity to work as part of a professional maintenance team.

The Role

As a Plasterer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality repair and maintenance services within occupied and void properties. Travel between sites will be required, and no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out plastering repairs and maintenance works to residential properties and communal areas.

Preparing walls and ceilings for painting and finishing.

Applying solid plastering and skim coats.

Repairing damaged surfaces and patching holes.

Restoring decorative cornices and finishes.

Completing tiling and wet wall installations.

Undertaking pre and post-work inspections and accurately recording outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Plastering.

Previous experience within social housing, property maintenance, repairs, or construction environments.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads effectively.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Full UK Driving Licence.
