Are you a practical and reliable maintenance professional looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join a busy Property Maintenance team, helping to maintain homes and communal areas to a high standard.

The Role

As a Handyman, you will carry out a range of general maintenance and repair duties across residential properties, ensuring residents receive a safe, well-maintained living environment.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out general handyman and maintenance tasks.

Completing minor repairs including basic carpentry, painting, decorating, and other property maintenance works.

Assisting with void property refurbishments and occupied property repairs.

Identifying defects and reporting maintenance issues.

Using handheld devices to record completed work and update job information.

Providing excellent customer service when working in residents' homes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

Previous experience in a handyman, maintenance operative, caretaker, or property maintenance role.

Practical skills across a range of basic trades.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently.

Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements within property maintenance.
