Summary
Counterbalance FLT Driver – £13.52 per hour
Location: Bilsthorpe
Pay Rate: £13.52 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 6:30am–5:30pm
Additional Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–finish
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established vegetable production business for experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join their busy operation on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and experienced FLT Driver looking for long-term job security within a growing and supportive business.
The Role
You will play an important part in the day-to-day operation of the site, ensuring products and materials are moved safely and efficiently.
Your duties will include:
• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Moving pallets and stock around the warehouse and production areas.
• Supporting production and warehouse teams.
• Ensuring goods are stored safely and correctly.
• Following all health & safety procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
About You
•
Valid, in-date and accredited Counterbalance FLT licence required.
• Previous Counterbalance FLT experience.
• Warehouse, manufacturing or production experience would be advantageous.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Strong awareness of health and safety.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and good team-working skills.
