Production Operative Days - Northampton
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative Days to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Northampton. This role involves working on a fresh production line, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
Shift patterns:
- 5 out of 7 days per week, including weekends
- Day shift: 06:00 AM - 14:30 PM
- Overtime available after 42 hours
- Includes a 20-minute tea break and a 30-minute unpaid meal break
!These roles are full-time only!
Pay rates:
- 13.75 GBP hourly
Requirements for Production Operative Days:
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks
- Follow supervisor instructions respectfully
- Work as a team by helping coworkers whenever needed
- Role for Production Operative Days:
- Assist with the production process on a fresh food line
- Pack and wrap food products efficiently
- Perform quality control checks and remove defective items
- Follow recipes to mix or cut ingredients using machinery
- Weigh and measure ingredients according to customer specifications
- Handle various types of meat and maintain hygiene standards
- Store and stack food in designated areas
