Summary

Production Operative - Northampton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Northampton. This role involves working on a fresh production line, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

Shift patterns:

* 5 out of 7 days per week, including weekends

* Night shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

* Overtime available after 42 hours

* Includes a 20-minute tea break and a 30-minute unpaid meal break

Pay rates:

* 14.95 GBP hourly

Requirements for Production Operative:

* Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks

* Follow supervisor instructions respectfully

* Work as a team by helping coworkers whenever needed

Role for Production Operative:

* Assist with the production process on a fresh food line

* Pack and wrap food products efficiently

* Perform quality control checks and remove defective items

* Follow recipes to mix or cut ingredients using machinery

* Weigh and measure ingredients according to customer specifications

* Handle various types of meat and maintain hygiene standards

* Store and stack food in designated areas
