Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a debt recovery expert to join our successful Revenues and Benefits Team. In this role you will work as part of a dedicated and knowledgeable team dealing with the billing and collection of council tax. This includes:

- Updating council tax records and issuing bills

- Negotiating payment plans

- Responding to customer enquiries by phone letter and face to face

- Issuing letters and contacting customers for payment

This is a full-time, permanent position.
