Join YMCA Black Country Group as our HR & Recruitment Officer and become the driving force behind building teams that transform lives in our community.

What You Will Be Doing

You will manage the full recruitment and onboarding process from start to finish. This includes:

- Creating job advertisements and coordinating new starter documentation.

- Handle DBS checks and draft employment contracts

- Support managers with probation reviews and sickness absence processes

- Maintain accurate employee records across the organisation

- Provide HR guidance to managers on various people matters

What We're Looking For

You will have (or be working towards) a Level 3 CIPD in People Practice. Most importantly, you can hit the ground running and bring enthusiasm to this varied role.
