Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in care, and be committed to enhancing the wellbeing and independence of those they support. Duties
Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support
Provide specialised care for residents with dementia, Alzheimer's, or other cognitive impairments
Administer medication following prescribed guidelines and ensure accurate documentation
Support patients with meal preparation
Engage in behaviour management strategies to promote positive interactions and routines
Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
Respond promptly to emergencies using first aid skills when necessary
Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance clients’ quality of life
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver tailored care plans
