Summary

This is a vital project that will support the education team as they develop the business plans to deliver growth of the educational services provided by IQ.

We currently deliver training materials both online and in classroom settings. Training can be delivered either directly by IQ or through training partners. We have learners based in the UK and in a number of international locations.

Our learning material is created in a web-based authoring tool (Elucidat). Course material update is ongoing.

The review of materials should consider:

· Course design: is the material presented in a logical manner to suit the learning objectives?

· Consistency: is language, writing styles and presentation consistent across different courses and modules?

· Engagement: are the materials engaging for the learner?

· Overall quality: do the materials accurately reflect IQ’s brand and reputation for training?

This is a great project for anyone who is interested in education, communication, psychology or similar and has an interest in developing training materials that achieve stated learning outcomes.
