Summary
The role will include Face-to-face, telephone and appropriate online consultations Management of acute and long-term conditions Appropriate prescribing and medicines management Reviewing results, correspondence and clinical information Referrals and associated clinical administration Clinically necessary home visits Participation in the practice duty/on-call rota Maintaining accurate clinical records using EMIS Working collaboratively with the wider practice team Participating in clinical meetings, audit and quality improvement The postholder will work as an autonomous practitioner and be expected to practise in accordance with the standards set out by the General Medical Council (GMC). What We Offer £12,500 per session per annum 46 sessions per week Working days: Monday, Thursday and Friday 6 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays.
