About the Role
A growing business within the waste and resource recovery sector is looking for a highly creative
Creative Marketing Executive to help develop engaging visual and digital content across its marketing activity.
You will play a key role in creating photography, video and digital content supporting marketing campaigns, internal communications, social media and wider business projects.
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys visual storytelling, has strong editing skills and can turn ideas into high-quality content across multiple platforms.
You will work with colleagues across marketing and the wider business to identify content opportunities and showcase people, operations, services and sustainability initiatives through engaging and professional content.
Important to Know
Full-time, permanent position
Based in Bromborough, Wirral
Salary of £40,000 to £45,000
Experience in content creation, videography, photography and video editing required
Full UK driving licence required
Strong knowledge of social media and digital content trends
Experience with professional editing and creative tools required
Travel to operational sites and events may be required
Key Responsibilities
Create photography, video and digital content for marketing campaigns and wider business activity
Plan, film, edit and publish high-quality video content
Capture photography and video across different sites, teams and events
Develop content plans to support the needs of different teams
Work with marketing colleagues, operational teams and stakeholders to identify content opportunities
Create visually engaging content that supports brand activity
Support the management of social media channels
Create and publish relevant social media content
Review content performance and use insights to identify improvements
Keep up to date with digital trends and platform developments
Share ideas and recommendations to improve content quality, impact and reach
What We're Looking For
Experience in content creation
Videography, photography and video editing experience
Strong editing skills
Experience using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, Canva, CapCut or similar
Good understanding of social media platforms
Understanding of digital marketing trends
Strong creative eye for composition, storytelling, branding and visual detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
Desirable Experience
Drone videography
Paid social content creation
Graphic design
Marketing, media, photography, film, design or related qualification
Experience creating content for a multi-site, operational or service-led organisation
