Summary
We are looking for a proactive, organised and adaptable Practice/Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our two busy GP surgery sites. Working closely alongside our Business Manager, supporting one another across a wide range of responsibilities. The role has been designed to provide resilience within the management structure, allowing effective cross-cover during annual leave or sickness absence while ensuring both practice sites continue to operate smoothly. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will play a key role in shaping the operational development of both practices, with the opportunity to contribute across multiple areas of the business, drive continuous improvement, and make a meaningful difference to the experience of both patients and staff.
