This Service Advisor role provides a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, with achievable bonuses that can bring earnings to approximately £35,000. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5:30pm, with weekends off, allowing for excellent work-life balance. Duties of a Service Advisor:

- Managing customer vehicle bookings and service schedules efficiently

- Providing excellent customer service and delivering accurate information

- Communicating effectively with customers and workshop staff about parts and vehicle requirements

- Ensuring all vehicle service and repair details are accurately recorded

- Prioritising workload in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards

- Building strong customer relationships to promote repeat business

- Supporting the workshop team with Parts and workshop support when needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within an automotive workshop environment

- Good understanding of parts terminology and workshop operations

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment

- A professional, customer-focused attitude and a proactive approach
